22/11/2025: We arrived at the last minute on a Saturday evening, and they treated us as if we'd booked. Kindness and courtesy from the start. The food was excellent and well-portioned, and the table service was impeccable. Well done, a truly wonderful discovery.
14/11/2025: I recommend this restaurant especially for the expertise of sommelier Matteo, who recommended an excellent wine to pair with the food that perfectly matched our tastes.

13/11/2025: The Locanda dal Barba restaurant is a unique venue, run by young autistic people, located in a charming setting with large green spaces. The varied and captivating menu features excellent appetizers, first courses, and second courses that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Excellent service! The venue is suitable for groups, families, and couples. After lunch or dinner, you can purchase the cooperative's products, including bronze-drawn semi-whole wheat pasta, organic apple juice, dried apples (Perseche), artisanal panettone, and other traditional Trentino desserts. I attended a business dinner with a group, and I must say we were thrilled. I recommend it to everyone and would definitely recommend it as a reference point in Vallagarina!! 🍜🍜🍲🍲
