A 2 hour masterclass in coffee tasting and roasting as well as exceptional customer service at Coffeel in Ventimiglia, Italy. Warm greetings by Fulvio and his wife Claudia and team. The aroma of newly roasted coffee lingered in the air as we were shown around the spotless shop examining sacks of green coffee beans from different parts of the world, we then watched the process of roasting the coffee bean followed by a kitchen counter tasting experience. The presentation was top notch lead by the Team at Coffeel and we were transformed by the workshop. We were shown their passion , values and made the experience personal. we left with personalized bag of coffee for our new Chemex. An experience I would highly recommend !!!
