But in this case, it would be a shame to pass by Madregolo near Collecchio and not stop in for lunch. Authentic cuisine in a very simple, typical trattoria setting. Every dish reminds you of your mother's, or even more so your grandmother's, because you can taste the heart and soul of the person cooking it. Their signature pasta e fagioli is a must-try, but if you're passing by during December, you absolutely must try the cotechino served at this restaurant, which is well above the average. The prices are also incredibly reasonable.

A trattoria like it used to be. You feel right at home, especially because it feels like you're walking into someone's home. The location looks like a 1950s house. You may or may not like it, but what matters is not the location, but the quality of the food and the good price. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommended. The business lunch is highly recommended.
