Beautiful place to stay and relax, elegant, also excellent for meetings

Historic villa hotel located in Rodigo, a municipality in the Lombardy Po Valley. Well-kept and very beautiful exterior, unfortunately with a strong manure smell throughout the village. The room was small, a little dated and with single beds pushed together. I would say not acceptable for a four star, not even in smart box conditions frankly. The headboard of the eco leather bed was half crumbled... The bathroom was of adequate size, with a shower and all the necessary comfort. Impeccable cleanliness and service as well. The level of service certainly reflects the stars of the hotel, particularly at reception and at breakfast. Most disappointing is the Spa which seemed to factor into the cost of the smart box. Unfortunately the tub has been out of use for two years, there are just more types of sauna. In my opinion, a spa without a hydromassage or tub doesn't make much sense to exist... After a sauna there is nothing better than relaxing in water...

The villa is very suggestive both outside and inside, the common areas are elegant and very well kept. The room seemed furnished with old furniture and I found it not very well looked after. However, the area is extremely quiet and the park that characterizes the hotel is well-kept and relaxing. There is a large swimming pool, an outdoor area outside the restaurant (only open on Saturdays), a wellness centre. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The concierge service is no longer active in the evening. Customers are given a card to open the main door, the same one used to open the main gate. The breakfast buffet is essential, richer in sweet than savory, in my opinion, considering that it is a 4 star, some improvements could be made (including a greater assortment of products at breakfast). The prices are good and it is far from Mantua about 15 minutes from Mantua.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questa villa nel periodo di gennaio e l’abbiamo trovato molto tranquillo, con un personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile…la struttura è molto pulita, ordinata,storica, la stanza l’abbiamo trovata esattamente come nelle foto, dotata sia di aria calda , e tutto necessario (dal foen, asciugamani, gel da doccia, cuffia monouso, etc) Spa con bagno turco, finlandese, infrarossi,( unico peccato che in questo periodo la piscina interna non funzionava per un motivò tehnico) Colazione variata e molto buona…. Siamo rimasti contenti . Consigliatisimo!

Prenotato un soggiorno di una notte comprensivo di percorso benessere. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e cordialità, ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni, inerenti camera e servizio spa, in modo chiaro e ineccepibile. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera confortevole e pulitissima, e stessa cosa per la spa (seppur la piscina non fosse agibile), dove la nostra esperienza relax è stata accompagnata anche da un piccolo buffet salutare. Colazione variegata e abbondante. La struttura in stile liberty è immersa in un parco dove tranquillità e silenzio la fanno da padroni. Consigliatissima, estremamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno
