It's truly a trattoria that hasn't changed for 30 years. The food and atmosphere are authentic. A bit like going to grandma's for lunch. The selection isn't particularly extensive, but it's super affordable. The gentleman who went around the tables to make sure everything was okay was extremely kind.

In a group of 8 friends we had lunch at Monique. Kind and non-invasive welcome. Excellent service and more than decent food for the amount spent. The host, catching the expression of one of us, thought it a good idea to offer us a plate of lamb ribs without charging. What can I say? How often does this happen? Excellent. We will definitely return at the first opportunity.
