Years ago I was a regular visitor to this restaurant for its excellent quality at reasonable prices but also for the friendliness of the owners. After a few years I found the main dining room renovated with elegant wall paint and small decorative compartments with bottles of wine. The outdoor area is very cool and reserved for three customers who are all professional artisans at lunch. The dining room staff has increased and is made up of very kind and efficient girls managed by one of the partners. One partner, on the other hand, follows the kitchen while the third, known as "Brontolo" due to his grumpy character, acts as a trade union between the two. The dishes are served quickly, beautiful to look at and good to taste in generous portions as always. Note of merit to the seafood trio, always present on the Friday menu, consisting of a couple of prawns split open seasoned with oil and lemon, skewers of baked squid au gratin and gianchetti fritters. The only small flaw is that they don't have fresh desserts and a coffee that doesn't meet my personal taste.
