My better half and I sometimes go to Sarzana for lunch at our favorite bar, the coffee roaster in Sarzana on Via Bertolini, with our super friends, Tania, Sabrina, and Cinzia, and we feel at home. The girls are very kind and know how to advise you, and are very funny. They're really good. I recommend everyone to go and try it, you'll see that you'll have a great time. 10/12/2025: Excellent restaurant with good, fast food and friendly, efficient service. Good prices, but portions are a bit small. I recommend increasing the portion size slightly for those who only order a main course. The opposite is true for those who only order a first course.

15/02/2025: Impeccable staff. Gessica is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The dishes are different from the classic Italian all-you-can-eat sushi. The gunkan soy spicy tuna is excellent. The atmosphere is clean and informal, and the service is fast. Highly recommended!
