I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm giving an overall assessment, not being influenced by the fact that I paid 2.30 euros for a scoop of ice cream, which seems truly disproportionate to me.

A large bar located inside the Top Center, with several tables available. The selection isn't bad either, though the prices aren't displayed: asking for a coffee with a glass of sparkling water on the side means receiving the coffee without a complimentary glass of water (which is regularly offered to other customers) and paying a whopping €1 for the glass—an absolutely outrageous price, even if it's fair to pay for each glass. For that price, or a little more, you could have bought a half-liter bottle. Not good.

At Top Bar in the Top Center shopping mall, I had two coffee creams and was very satisfied. The coffee cream was excellent, well-made, and perfectly creamy. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the fact that they also served us a glass of water. A small gesture that makes a difference and demonstrates customer care. The place seemed well-kept and clean, with courteous and fast service. It's a perfect place for a quick break or a quality coffee. Highly recommended!
