The pasta — perfectly al dente rigatoni tossed with creamy cheese and a touch of black pepper — was simple yet extraordinary. Every bite tasted fresh, balanced, and authentically Roman. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with attentive service that made the experience feel personal and unhurried. My glass of chilled white wine paired beautifully with the meal, enhancing every flavor. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the feel just right, but L’Alimentari does exactly that. A true gem in Ostia Antica — I’ll absolutely be back!
