Order the fried foods, so light they don't even stain your napkin. Really excellent pastries, we often drive 30 km there and back for breakfast.

Not a very crowded place, street parking. Few flavors of ice cream, but really good, even though it melts almost immediately. Very good granita. The only flaw is that they're not particularly equipped for lactose intolerant customers; only one flavor of ice cream, and they're not sufficiently informed about whether or not their products contain lactose. Friendly, but not overly so.

Bar Tabaré is located right at the entrance to Siculiana, making it ideal for a quick stop or a leisurely breakfast. I had breakfast there and was very pleased with the selection. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for a great start to the day!

Very tasty mixed fish appetizer plate, good tagliatelle di mare, portion could be larger, a bit salty, and unfortunately both portions were quite sandy, constantly grinding our teeth while eating... Staff friendly and very attentive. However, we weren't asked if we enjoyed our meal. The ambiance was typically Sicilian, very loud, and conversation was difficult. 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, 1 0.25 liter beer, bottle of water, €68.

18/11/2025: A charming place in the heart of the beautiful town of Sambuca. The owner is very kind and gracious. The atmosphere is Italian, meaning it's bustling, crowded, and loud! Delicious coffee, a large selection of fresh homemade pastries! The pistachio croissant melted in my mouth! I highly recommend it.
11/11/2025: This is the first place we came to for coffee every morning when we visited Sambuca di Sicilia. We always received a warm welcome and you can sit inside but if the weather is beautiful as it often it is make sure to sit outside. From here you can watch the world go by and be greeted by locals. Choose from savoury or sweet freshly made snacks. I especially love the pistachio cornetto (looks like a croissant) and their Arancini if you manage to beat the crowds are so delicious. At lunch they offer pasta for lunch if you fancy a change from pastry. You can’t go wrong if you choose to eat and drink here.
