Good morning, this morning at 10:29 a.m., I stopped by the vending machine to purchase a €4 item, which unfortunately wasn't dispensed. I went inside to ask for help, but the employee told me she was alone at the time and couldn't help me. Unfortunately, the receipt wasn't dispensed. As soon as I noticed the product hadn't been dispensed, I went inside, and once I returned to the machine, it couldn't dispense the receipt. I'm waiting for your response. I've been coming to you for two years now, you guys are great.

The best coffee in the entire neighborhood, they're always friendly and quick despite the heavy workload. Despite being a very small tobacconist, it's always very busy, also because it's a parcel drop-off and pick-up point, so between people playing the slot machines, buying cigarettes, picking up parcels, and consuming at the counter, it's always packed.
