23/10/2025: Mc' can do better!...I'm very kind in my overall assessment. The Asiago nuggets (cheese balls) STRAIGHT into the bin... in my opinion they were old and thrown back in oil. That's not how you do it!

18/10/2025: We stopped into this McDonald's in Piazza Castello late one afternoon to get some takeout sandwiches. I chose a large menu item and my husband a sandwich. Upon delivery, the clerk initially made a mistake by handing us our order on a tray. Then, after specifying that we had chosen a bag, she promptly repackaged everything for us, but in a paper bag without handles. When I asked for the larger bag with handles, since we had to take the subway and we had several items to buy, the clerk refused, saying that the bag with handles is only given when you buy two menu items. This is the first time something like this has happened to me at a McDonald's; I've never been refused a bag with handles before! 🤷‍♀️
