Of all the bars I frequented on my Capitoline mission, this one stands out for its honest prices, quality (even though I only had cappuccinos and brioches) and above all the great professionalism of the staff. I appreciate the fact that they wear white shirts, that they are formal or friendly depending on the customer, and not brusque and rude with customers they don't know. Well done.
