Spectacular evening. Stumbled upon it by chance with friends with the intention of just having a drink, we stayed until closing for the fun company, the splendid music and the excellent cocktails. Great, a hundred years old.

Fantastic spot, can’t miss when in town. Owner is very friendly and reminded us the beauty of travel and meeting locals with great energy. Best location right on the plaza by the beautiful chapel.

L’esperienza migliore che potessimo vivere nel cuore della Barbagia. Titolare accogliente e inclusivo, locale situato nel centro del bellissimo borgo gavoese. Cocktail ottimi, vino sublime. Fabio è il miglior titolare che potessimo incontrare in Sardegna. Grazie Fabio, torneremo presto! Viva Gavoi!

Amazing place for an aperetivo in a beautiful setting amongst historic buildings. Lots of locals (everyone being super friendly and helpful) coming together to enjoy a vino or artisan beer in this bar. Fabio is very kind and can give amazing recommendations regarding (local) drinks. A beautiful place to enjoy life and drinks! A true Sardinian experience.

29/09/2024: Excellent restaurant, exceptional seafood risotto.
28/09/2024: Very nice place, it's on the side of the road but there are lots of plants and you don't even notice. We took the fregola for two and I must say that it was really delicious, super filling and full of fish. For a liter of water, half a liter of house wine and two first courses we spent €50 + two digestives offered. Very recommended, I would absolutely return to try the homemade desserts too

Bar Cambosu

07/02/2025: Dopo il caffè Tettamanzi, questo è il secondo locale storico di Nuoro, ma più recente (1821). Torrefazione artigianale, tutta la caffetteria è di buon livello. In uno stato di conservazione ottimo!! Servizio rapido e cortese, ottima la location.
06/01/2025: The Cambosu bar is located at the beginning of Via Monsignor Bua in the historic center of Nuoro. A tradition that has been handed down since 1921, with a very typical place for roasting and tasting various coffee blends. The interior is very engaging with multiple rooms all equipped with lovely tables, and with walls covered in a purple colour. We tasted a coffee obtained from the classic Cambosu blend composed as follows: 50% Brazilian coffee 30% Colombian coffee 20% Indian coffee Also tasted a 100% Arabica blend coffee. I can affirm, even if with different tastes, both were excellent results. Good value for money
