Knowing firsthand the enormous redevelopment effort undertaken, I publicly thank the owner for her determination: removing the uneducated is the only way to safeguard the new direction of the venue. Writing that it's "always empty" is yet another lie: the venue is finally frequented by professionals, women, and families seeking quality and safety, not by those who loitered around without respect. Seeing the neighborhood repopulate with decent people is the best response to these virtual vendettas of those who refuse to accept that the atmosphere has changed. Great work, keep keeping the bar high.
