30/08/2025: The restaurant immediately conveys a sense of familiarity, and the dishes are truly delicious. We ordered the guanciale, the tartare, the mixed antipasto platter, and the handmade stuffed ravioli. Along with the platter, they also serve fried gnocchi, which resemble panzerotti, as we Tuscans call them, but are decidedly tastier: the dough is thin and crispy, and they're lighter and less greasy. One detail I really appreciated was the attention to detail in the wine glasses, which are perfectly polished, something I rarely see in other restaurants. The attention to detail is evident in the bathrooms, too: they even have disposable toilet seats. All these little touches, in such a cozy and authentic place, made me feel welcomed and treated with the same, if not more, attention than a Michelin-starred restaurant, thanks above all to the kindness and friendliness of the owners. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!
