I had lunch at the Bioristoro in Bienno on the occasion of my mother's birthday. The food that Cinzia prepared for us surprised us positively in every sense. His idea of ​​ethical and healthy cooking, using seasonal ingredients and based on daily availability is very courageous and valid. I really appreciated the surprise effect due to the "undemocratic" menu as she herself presented it to us. Each dish was prepared with passion, skill and creativity. I highly recommend anyone who wants to understand what it means to eat healthy and without giving up the pleasure of good food, to immerse themselves and let themselves be guided in this experience. Beautiful place immersed in a magical setting.

The experience at Bioristoro Cristo Re in Cinzia was special. With his hospitality, kindness, energy, availability, passion and dedication he accompanied us on a beautiful culinary journey. The nice thing is that the courses are all created and proposed by the hostess and chef. Each dish is original and made with some refined and particular ingredients that I had never heard of. Highly recommended.

We went to this cute restaurant at the foot of the Cristo Re di Bienno for my partner's birthday. The place is very nice and welcoming with a beautiful view and a small garden where you can enjoy the fresh air between one course and another or with an aperitif before of dinner or coffee at the end. The cuisine is vegan with the use of aromatic herbs and refermented preparations all produced at home, the dishes are very well presented, all delicious and balanced. I also made the request when booking for a dessert with a candle and he presented us with a delicious decorated Sachertorte. There are few wines but all very good, I tasted a rosé ancestral method sparkling wine and an Arneis from small companies, both very good. The evening was very pleasant and also and above all thanks to the owner and chef Cinzia who made us feel at home by welcoming us with an uncommon kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended.

This restaurant offers purely vegan cuisine. The dishes cannot be selected because there is a uniform menu that changes over time. Special emphasis is placed on local food. The main focus here is the fermentation of the food. Each of the six courses is beautifully presented and comes with an additional explanation. In addition, the location of the restaurant on the side of a hill offers a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains behind it.

Typical environment for the vegan philosophy, so exactly what you expect, nothing new, therefore boring and without accents. Offering organic and healthy food doesn't necessarily have to catapult you into an environment that simulates your home or a farmer's shop. The refinement of the cuisine should also be combined with a refined choice of the environment in which to consume the food. The dishes are certainly the result of great effort and study. Cinzia has an infinite passion, sometimes the result may not be in line with everyone but it is undeniable that she is an extraordinary cook. The introductions to the dish that accompany the dishes are too many and often cloying. I recommend a more streamlined presentation, leaving out useless things like CO2 in your belly. I didn't like the cat that climbs onto the tables (a doctor can't admit that). Let's get to the dishes: refined, precious, well plated, harmonious and delicious. In some cases not simple, but worth trying. There is a long wait between one dish and another and the appetite wanes, some help in the kitchen wouldn't hurt. The window shows the cook at work, but only in an intuitive way as it is on a level not accessible to the room. The blender in action is not very elegant. Overall the prices are fair. Good assortment of drinks.
