A pleasant surprise. My girlfriend and I went here for dinner and we left feeling truly satisfied. Cinzia's cooking is spontaneous and meticulously prepared. If you look for the menu, you won't find it because it's designed each evening to surprise the customer, and there's little to say except that it definitely worked for us! Usually, the time between courses is minimized, but here it's perhaps one of the strong points; it makes you appreciate each dish and enjoy the evening, something that's lost in city restaurants or restaurants designed to accommodate large numbers of guests. The dishes amazed us, with flavors and combinations we'd never thought of before. The use of fermented foods, mostly homemade, is exceptional and full of passion, evident in the careful explanations of these ingredients and in the willingness to explain how they're made and which ones are the best. Highly recommended restaurant if you're looking for exceptional vegan cuisine!

Every time a surprise the path that Cinzia proposes is always spectacular an excellent and truly tasty preparation (and I'm not vegan) then a welcome that makes you feel at home the place deserves the small but well-kept room beautiful view of the village of Biennno. We were welcomed by Cinzia and her mother with professionalism, care and kindness. The kitchen offers delicious and creative vegan dishes, with natural, fermented, organic and local products. There is also attention to specific needs such as gluten-free. The location is very suggestive at the foot of the Christ the King of Bienno, inside an ancient hermitage. For all these reasons, the Bioristoro deserves at least a detour if not a visit to get to know the place and the passion of those who are managing it.

An experience worth trying. The care and attention that CINZIA, Chef and owner, puts into her dishes is unparalleled. Vegan cuisine. If you want to take a sensory journey, this is the place for you. The attention to detail in his dishes makes them look like a work of art and you will find the same care in his restaurant: small, intimate, refined, with an incredible panoramic view. To say recommended is an understatement, you absolutely must go!

The ambiance is meticulously crafted, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The Western-style decor is fun but never overdone, and the place is always spotless. The food? A true revelation. From classic juicy burgers to tender and flavorful ribs, each dish is carefully prepared and arrives beautifully plated and piping hot. But the real highlight is the chef, who deserves an honorable mention: you can see (and taste!) the expert and passionate hand in the kitchen. The flavors are balanced, the cooking is perfect, and you can sense an attention to detail that's rare in this type of place. My sincere compliments—you can tell she puts her heart and soul into it. The service was impeccable: smiling, fast, and helpful staff, always ready to offer advice or kindly accommodate any request. In short: a full 5-star experience that I can't wait to repeat.
