I had lunch at the Bioristoro in Bienno on the occasion of my mother's birthday. The food that Cinzia prepared for us surprised us positively in every sense. His idea of ​​ethical and healthy cooking, using seasonal ingredients and based on daily availability is very courageous and valid. I really appreciated the surprise effect due to the "undemocratic" menu as she herself presented it to us. Each dish was prepared with passion, skill and creativity. Mamma mia come siamo stati bene! Cinzia ci ha deliziato con la sua cucina vegana, semplicemente ricca. Ricca perché i suoi piatti sono, prima di tutto, stupendi (alcuni sembrano quadri), profumatissimi e poi veramente squisiti. Anche noi, che non siamo vegani, abbiamo avuto un'incredibile soddisfazione. L'ambiente è molto curato e accogliente, con una vista notevole. Sicuramente torneremo coinvolgendo gli amici.
