I had lunch at the Bioristoro in Bienno on the occasion of my mother's birthday. The food that Cinzia prepared for us surprised us positively in every sense. I really appreciated the surprise effect due to the "undemocratic" menu as she herself presented it to us. Each dish was prepared with passion, skill and creativity.
