Invited by friends to spend a Sunday on Colle della Maddalena in Bienno, where a statue of Christ the King dominates, I was pleasantly surprised: a vegan dinner, dishes freshly prepared with care and passion by the restaurant's management. There was a bit of a wait between courses, but it was pleasant and allowed me to enjoy the evening chatting with friends. The restaurant is a real gem: welcoming, with a simple yet refined atmosphere and a splendid panoramic view. In short, a genuine and relaxing experience, absolutely recommended.
