Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Campeggio "Eden" In Dormelletto

Extremely helpful and courteous staff, despite the fact that I requested a change of reservation twice due to the incessant rain in June. The campsite offers many free services, fridge and freezer available, hot water, swimming pool, dog shower area, a beautiful playground and children's entertainment done with passion and great dedication. The only sore point was that the pitch was completely in the sun, otherwise we would have stayed even longer. We will certainly return specifically asking for some shade for our tent.

Very nice, quiet and well-kept campsite. Sanitary facilities top. Location on the lake makes this campsite valuable. But the highlight is the camping restaurant: 3 menus to choose from (in mid-October). Pizzas at unbeatable prices. Breakfast and coffee from 8 a.m.! And the service 👍

The camping places are quite dusty. The location is great at the lake and very close to large supermarket and many other facilities. They have a lot of facilities and the restaurat and beach bar are actually very decent. I think it is good value for money. Be careful when you camp so if you do not use electricity to let them know otherwise they will charge it by default.

We have spent 10 days at the Eden campsite. 🏞 It is a campsite next to Lake Maggiore, with direct access to bathing. It has a beach for animals and another for going without animals. The pool is small, but maybe some year they can expand it. Good temperature, not very hot as stated in previous comments. 🏕 We have been in a plot, near the bathroom. It is a family campsite with many neighbors with a fixed plot. And we can only say that everyone has been lovely! It will be difficult to forget them 🥰 🚽🚿 The bathrooms were clean, no complaints on our part. Excellent. Showers with free hot water. The maintenance person was also super friendly and was always attentive to any issue. 🍽 Restaurant. Excellent. Excellent food, and service a 10! They are a super friendly and nice couple. If you go to the campsite, you have to go to the restaurant! 🛎 Reception. Excellent treatment by the reception team. They were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Summary: we have been great, especially because of the campsite staff and the permanent neighbors of the campsite. It is a happy campsite. With activity. If you want absolute silence, it is better to stay at home, because this campsite is joyful and full of good people. Thank you very much and we hope to repeat soon!

A beautiful, small-scale campsite on Lake Maggiorre. Pros: - we had a very spacious spot for a trailer tent, especially by Italian standards. - neat and sufficient sanitary facilities, neatly & regularly cleaned. Children's sanitary facilities available (no baby bath). - located on the lake with a stretch of sandy beach and sunbathing lawn with plenty of shade. Warm water, shallow enough for little ones. Many water sports possible. - ideal for dog owners, because there was also a stretch of beach where dogs were allowed to swim, a dog shower at the sanitary building and a fenced off-leash meadow. - restaurant with fresh rolls for breakfast every day, but also delicious pizzas for dinner. - bar on the beach for ice creams & drinks. - large supermarket & ice cream parlor within 5 minutes walking distance - animation for kids, small-scale but something every day. - nice swimming pool! - plenty of fun things in the area (Stresa, Milan 55 minutes drive, waterfall 45 minutes drive, castle nearby) - LGBTI-friendly. Negatives: - The village is not much, so if you want to see some of the area you really have to go out. - many permanent pitches with Italians and many German tourists. Relatively few Dutch people, which made it difficult for our daughter to connect with other kids. - you cannot enter the site by car between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm. The solution to this is to park your car in front before 12.30 pm. - loud music/parties/entertainment several days a week. Quiet after 11:59 PM. - the 'children's disco' starts at 8.30 pm. This was really too late for our daughter.

Great location and fabulous staff! Only stayed in our motor home for one night, but will return!

We travel in a Motorhome and therefore have no opinion on the occupancy of mobile homes. However, we can only appreciate the care that is taken, visible from the outside. The care and cleanliness given to the entire campsite area is of the same quality, from the toilets to the paths. Add all these positive notes to a green setting located in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, and you will get everything that the name sums up. It’s Eden… Thank you to the team for the wonderful moments spent in August 2024.

Wij hebben hier meerdere keren gegeten. Ontbijt is heerlijk! De koffie is heerlijk! En het avond eten is ook heerlijk! Personeel is super vriendelijk. We hebben echt genoten en voelde ons erg welkom tijdens de week dat we op de camping verbleven en hier in de ochtend verse croissants aten en tussendoor heerlijke drankjes en de pizza & pasta in de avond. Wat een lieve mensen!

Très bon restaurant que ce soit le menu ou les plats individuels. Très copieux et service efficace etpersonnel très agréable!
