The Reder bar is an obligatory stop for anyone in Quarto. Local legend for the goodness of the desserts they offer as well as for the kindness and dedication of the staff who work there. I highly recommend it

In this bar-pastry shop the kindness, politeness and positivity of the staff reign supreme, not to mention the exquisiteness of the pastry shop and the good coffee. The only flaw is that if you get a coffee at the counter it's a bit cramped! All in all, however, it is a pleasant environment. I go back every time I'm in the area.

One of the most beautiful cafés in Quarto, probably the best. Located in the center of the town, in front of the municipal buildings, the Bar Reder is a point of reference for all the inhabitants of the town. Today it may seem quite common, if not the refinement above average (as well as the prices a little). Instead, Reder is credited with introducing Quarto to the coffee shops of the new millennium. In fact this bar was one of the first in the country, some time ago now. The new generation has modernized it, innovating the way of running the bar: designer furnishings, more refined pastries, new counter products, croissants with instant supply, illustrated menus; but above all the tea room with table service, which was not at all common. It may seem obvious today, but having done it a few decades ago, in a country that had never seen anything similar, denotes a bold and courageous entrepreneurial inventiveness. And I'm sure it will continue to bear fruit.

Great coffee and great desserts. A pastry shop where you can find the desserts that are right for you with personalized decorations for each event. Very professional, friendly and attentive staff.
