16/08/2025: I have very mixed feelings about this place. We ordered lasagna, which was truly delicious, and I can't fault the food. The waiter was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about the customer's well-being. Things only got awkward when we were finally paying. He informed us that the coperto added to the bill wasn't the same as a service tip, and if we wanted to give one, we had to pay cash. The waiter said we didn't have to add it, of course, and that there was no problem with that. We replied that unfortunately, we didn't have cash to tip him, and if we could somehow manage it with a card, we'd be happy to add something, because the waiter really did go over our heads while serving and took care of us. The waiter replied that it wasn't possible, and that we should just pay for the meal by card. We confirmed, and the waiter's smile immediately vanished. It was really obvious he was annoyed with us for not getting a tip. He didn't even look at us when we were escorted to the terminal, nor did he say goodbye. I've never seen someone so upset about not getting a tip. It's a strange rule that you can't add a tip to your card, and I don't understand why they even say we don't have to pay, and he understands.
