Excellent desserts. One of the few cafes/pastries offering a wider variety of vegetarian dishes, not just the classic spinach arancini, which most of them offer. Unfortunately, the food scene has declined somewhat, especially until recently, where they undoubtedly had the best arancini in Mazara del Vallo. Something has changed recently. We hope it can return to its former glory.

You can enjoy arancini, among the best in Mazara. Inside, there's a wide selection of desserts and a hot snack. You can eat in, but there are only a few tables and the space is cramped.

If you're in Mazara Del Vallo, you can't miss Profitterol. Everything is excellent. Ice cream and pastries, but also an excellent snack bar with a dedicated counter, always offering a wide selection. And if you find Rianata's pan... you're all set: delicious! Arancini of all flavors, puff pastry, calzones, and above all, a sumptuous Piadina (a type of toast) made entirely by them, which replaces a quick lunch and is absolutely satisfying. The atmosphere is immediately familiar, with the ideal blend of professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended.

The setting is simply exceptional: located just steps from the salt flats, the restaurant offers a unique, serene, and almost magical atmosphere, especially at sunset. The dishes are prepared with great finesse: fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and elegant presentation. Every bite was a true delight. The service is also impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always ready to offer advice. You can feel a genuine passion for both the cuisine and the hospitality. A true gem in the heart of the salt flats!
07/11/2025: Excellent food quality, fantastic location, especially during the summer months when you can enjoy the outdoors, and the management is very dynamic, welcoming, friendly, and professional. Both the pizzas, featuring ancient grains and innovative flavors, and the restaurant are commendable. Highly recommended.
