Pizzeria in the center of Pisa managed by two very nice and very good sisters. Thin pizza with excellent quality ingredients, also very good desserts made by them. In the summer the garden at the back is also open, delightfully decorated. I recommend it both for the food and for the place and for the courtesy of the girls who manage it

04/11/2025: This pizzeria serves "atomic" cecina, which is what they're famous for, but the wood-fired pizza (special) truly highlights Gino and his wife's expertise. Their kindness, empathy, helpfulness, and cleanliness make their pizzeria a "real" one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! CONGRATULATIONS!
31/10/2025: The pizza isn't bad, although I didn't really like it. I had the one they call "La Pisana," with capers, anchovies, and grated cheese. The place is small and has a lot of tables, perhaps too many, so it gets crowded. However, the three people who work there are really good, because when I was there, it was packed. You have to stop by, even if just out of curiosity, and then... it's up to you.

10/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant. Delicious food, especially pasta with truffle. Also delicious porcini mushrooms.
06/10/2025: An authentic Italian restaurant, with great food and not particularly expensive, worth coming from afar. Thin crust pizzas, the one with Gorgonzola cheese was especially delicious. Great service. Lovely, smiling waitress.
