Bar Pizzeria la Rustica In Varzi

Very rustic pizzeria where they do a little bit of everything. The order taker was very kind, but a little absent-minded. The prices were reasonable. I didn't like the pizza, but maybe just because I'm used to a different kind of pizza. The fried foods were a little burnt. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the food. I don't think I'd go back!

In Santeramo in Colle, this is a POPULAR place in every sense of the word. The Rustica sandwich (they explained to me that it's made by a trusted bakery using an exclusive recipe and method) is a true specialty, recognized by at least three successive generations of Santeramo residents. THE PANUOZZO IS AMAZING! I've been going back there for years, whenever I can.
