Ordered takeaway, several vegetarian choices and good ones too! My burger was with veg chicken and I must say it was delicious, I composed it entirely myself from the menu with what I preferred!! The gluten-free sandwiches are also excellent, all accompanied by potatoes and delicious fried polenta!

Local located in the heart of Bologna, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and in one of the most popular streets. The staff proved to be kind and smart; the food didn't drive us crazy and in fact we're not talking about the best burger we've ever eaten, but if you want something that goes beyond the simple piadina this could be for you, also because in the immediate vicinity of the central square it should be the The only place to offer hamburgers.

We decided to return to Welldone, after more than a year, reminding me how good and succulent the burgers were, unfortunately this time it didn't go very well. The two burgers we took were not as we expected, the meat was overcooked and overall the toppings were not enough, the fries were good but also overcooked.

24/02/2024: The quality of the food was superb. I think they have adjusted the spices level according to Italian taste. For me, the spice level was too low. I think the place could be a little bit more clean.
