I ordered online. The burger was delicious and quite large. But the courier spoke very little Italian, and I didn't want to come into the fair to deliver the order.

We were more than satisfied with the food! The well-done burger and beacon cheeseburger were delicious. After tons of tagliatelle al ragusa, mortadelle, tortellini, and parmigiano reggiano, it was nice to have something lighter 🤪

My experience was more of a 3.5 than a 4. The burgers were good, although the prices weren't exactly cheap. My main criticism was the smash burgers, which weren't really smashed (mine had a pink patty): the caramelization reaction on the meat was missing, and overall, it didn't seem smashed properly. That said, I'll repeat, it's good, but I recommend the classic burger, not the smashed one.

Ordered delivery. The burger was really excellent. The only problem is that since I ordered the Beyone Meat burger, which is vegan, I don't want the meaty taste from the vegan burger cooked on the grill. Obviously, the grill is the same, but the part where the burger rests should be cleaned. If someone asks for it vegan, they don't like the meaty taste.
But the burger overall was delicious, and if they read this review, they'll be more careful next time. I'd be happy to eat their burgers again and even increase the star rating on my review.

My team and I used to go to Well Done for lunch at least once a week (for years).
Then there was a 20% increase in menu prices, from €10 to €12, without any improvement in quality or quantity for the customer...
I think today was the last time... the quality/price ratio is no longer good, and we'll go elsewhere for lunch.
