Fresh drinks served instantly, pizzas at the table after more than twenty minutes of waiting. Small environment with customers visibly accustomed to moving or talking loudly between tables as if they were at a village fair. Clearly the manager would have difficulty, for obvious reasons, in suggesting more appropriate behavior. Decent pizzas. Impeccable and kind waiting staff in the service but unfortunately this is not enough.

20/08/2025: We celebrated our birthday at an outdoor table next to the pool. Very beautiful location and lots of greenery. The service has some flaws: there was a bit of a wait for orders and for the food. Other than that, we were all satisfied with the menu.
16/08/2025: For my wife and I, dining at Eataly Pinerolo is always a pleasant experience, especially this season, which allows us to dine outdoors. Beyond the ambiance and food, I find the service to be a real strength. Everyone contributes, in their own way, to the pleasant memory of the evening, and the last few times I've really appreciated, in a girl named Michelle, her unwavering, non-obligatory willingness to discreetly attend to our needs without even needing to be called, as if she were dedicated solely to our table. That doesn't happen often. Thank you.
