I chose this pastry shop for my last breakfast in Trapani, partly based on previous reviews. It was a wonderful breakfast... obviously because of the delicious pistachio bomb and the excellent American coffee served... but the sweetness and humility of the two owners even outweighed the goodness of the pistachio [which was superb!]... what a wonderful way to start the day!!! We need more people like you in the world!!! Thank you, Baristas! It was a pleasure stopping by this morning! And thank you for the ricotta dessert. P.S. Bar pasticceria super fornita a Trapani. Graffe alla ricotta super, dolce tipico trapanese con pasta di mandorle e pan di spagna buonissimo. Tutta la pasticceria mignon è consigliata. Personale estremamente gentile, un salto per una colazione è d’obbligo.
