Bar Pastry Todaro In Trapani

At the historic bar/pastry shop TODARO, located in via Palermo, 98 Trapani, it is possible to enjoy delicious pastries produced according to ancient Trapani tradition, and excellent rotisserie made with quality ingredients. Among the pastry specialties we highlight the "graffe" with a soft dough (free of excess oil) filled with excellent processed sheep's ricotta; the "Genoese" with fragrant dough containing milk cream and candied fruit), ricotta cassatelle, cream puffs and much more. On the occasion of the upcoming Christmas holidays, the master pastry chefs offer their artisanal panettone. In conclusion, I personally believe that the TODARO bar/pastry shop deserves applause for having, over the years, embellished the city of Trapani with their delicacies.

Presso lo storico bar/pasticceria TODARO, sito nella via Palermo, 98 Trapani, è possibile gustare della deliziosa pasticceria prodotta secondo antica tradizione trapanese, e dell'ottima rosticceria realizzata con ingredienti di qualità.  Fra le specialità pasticcere si evidenziano le "graffe" dalľimpasto soffice  (privo di olio in eccesso) farcite di ottima ricotta di pecora lavorata; le "genovesi" con impasto fragrante contenente crema di latte e canditi), cassatelle di ricotta, bignè  e tanto altro. In occasione delle imminente feste natalizie i maestri pasticceri propongono i loro panettoni artigianali. In conclusione personalmente ritengo che il bar/pasticceria TODARO meriti un plauso per aver, negli anni, impreziosito la città di Trapani con le loro prelibatezze.

Very good croissants. It's a shame that there are few seats inside and without air conditioning it is quite hot.

Super!!! Excellent both in assortment and in authenticity. You can perceive that they are fresh and handcrafted products. We stayed 4 days in Trapani and had breakfast 3 days in this bar. Highly recommended!!!
