My wife and I went for breakfast, everything was delicious. The only flaw was the guy who serves the pastries and handles the cash. I saw people getting up from their tables, finishing their breakfast, and paying us. While he was serving us pastries, he asked us three times for a receipt. All customers should be treated equally. Since there's no sign, get a receipt first. The sfogliatelle were excellent.

Good pastries. Wide selection of both sweet and savory. The erbazzone is delicious. Prices are average to high. The place is spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is polite but seems a bit annoyed (it's August 13th, so they might be right 😂). Overall, I recommend it!

We chose a cake from La Perla patisserie for our daughter's Confirmation. The cake was made to perfection. The quality of the raw material was remarkable. The cake, besides being beautiful, was delicious. I absolutely recommend this pastry shop.

30/09/2025: A point of reference in Reggio for a good breakfast...an aperitif...a quick lunch prepared on the spot with adequate service in a place with its own tea room and in the summer a comfortable summer terrace.
07/09/2025: A clean and tidy bar with outdoor seating. Excellent coffee and savory options, too. I stopped by during the Sagra della Giareda festival, and the entire staff was incredibly quick and friendly, even with the large number of customers.

Pasticceria Nuovo Swing

06/06/2025: Small pastry shop in the Pappagnocca neighborhood. The staff is always very helpful and kind. I find the pastries good and you can tell they are not frozen/industrial products, then the tastes are always personal. They do not do table service but it is not a disgrace to get a coffee from the machine. Lying under the porch, in the morning it is practically always in the shade. Average prices. I recommend for those who want to take a 5 minute break and enjoy a nice break.
