Bar Pasticceria Guidieri In Bucine

19/08/2025: Last night we went to this wonderful restaurant for dinner. We traveled from Rome after reading the reviews, and on Sunday evening, just looking at it from the outside convinced us! On Monday evening, in a unique setting, Chef Romano and his team welcomed us, pampering us from start to finish! Two delicious appetizers (a creamy pecorino and truffle tart, but I'm too shy to call it that), a delicate beef carpaccio, and the FIORENTINA! The real thing! The one you eat and don't say "enough!", the one cooked to perfection, thick and tender. All washed down with Montepulciano! We thank the team for making our evening so enjoyable, the entire kitchen, and Chef Romano! We'll definitely be back!

16/08/2025: Very positive experience! Characterful atmosphere. I appreciated the quality of the ingredients and their preparation. Good value for money. I recommend trying it!
