I don't know this pastry shop. To recommend it and put his face on it, Peppe di Napoli is definitely excellent. The reviews are strange. I've noticed some people speak excessively and strangely poorly of it, and some speak highly of it. Too much discrepancy. This could mean either that those who speak well of it are friends or relatives of the owner, or vice versa, those who speak poorly of it are jealous, envious, and resentful competitors. Quality certainly comes at a cost. I'll check it out for myself.
