A small but welcoming place, with tables under the porticoes, right in the historic center of Mantua. We stopped for a quick lunch: fast and very friendly service, excellent sandwich, and a reasonable final bill. I definitely recommend it.

Good vibe, good music, local "place to be seen!"

We came to this place yesterday, on the advice of some people from Mantua. They serve their own aperitif drink that is really delicious! Both in a bitter version (American style) and in a sweeter version (martini style). They also have lots of pastries for breakfast and appetizers/sandwiches if you want to have a quick lunch. As for the food, we didn't try the cuisine, but we only had a schiacciatina mantovana. Overall, from what we had and from the view of the other things, the food seems normal, neither good nor bad. The place is nice and in front of Piazza Erbe. The guy who served us (I don't know if he's the owner) was kind and funny, he made us feel at ease. In my opinion, however, that aperitif is worth the visit!

Bar/pasticceria situato in piazza Erbe. Ha un bel dehor sulla piazza e il personale è’ molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzi decisamente onesti.
