I had lunch at Bar Osteria Il Tagliere and had a very positive experience. The place immediately exudes a warm and authentic atmosphere, typical of a true osteria: simple furnishings, wooden tables, and a convivial atmosphere that puts you at ease. I really enjoyed the cuisine, based on quality ingredients and a menu that celebrates tradition. The fresh pasta with truffles was fragrant and well-balanced, with the truffle taking center stage but never overpowering. The appetizers were also excellent, especially the crispy fritters served on a delicate cream, beautifully presented and with a pleasing contrast of textures. The wine selection isn't extensive, but it's well-researched and perfectly complements the dishes. The service was friendly and helpful; a little slower during busy periods, but always courteous and professional.

I went here for a family lunch at the end of August. The place is very welcoming and well-organized: tables are well-spaced, and the atmosphere is pleasant and refined. I ordered fabulous tagliolini verdi with speck and lemon: simply delicious! Next, we enjoyed fried porcini mushrooms, which were also truly flavorful and tasty. For dessert, a delicious crème brûlée accompanied by a delicious strawberry. The dishes ordered by other diners also looked excellent. Everything was truly delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
