I've been going to this place for a long time, I've always had a good time, the staff are friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately we miss the great Valerio, a person with great style and a completely different personality.

Excellent location and excellent display of top quality products. Too bad for the lack of professionalism in making a simple cappuccino. A place that wants to be at the top must not underestimate the little things. Still recommended.

Too bad there were 7 of us and they brought 2 fish balls cut in half and a small bowl of pretzels. Not that we wanted to have dinner... but at least in proportion to the people at the table... the girls were very kind and professional.

28/08/2024: We arrived and sat down. We waited a quarter of an hour before the owner told us I'll be right there. We waited another 10 minutes, then my wife went to the counter to order 2 coffees. A girl who was running around a lot brought them to us. Bad coffee. When the owner came to bring the receipt she apologized for the long wait. Disorganized.
21/08/2024: Yummy cakes. Spotless bathrooms. Comfortable.

13/10/2024: Please do not visit as the service is only annoyed by out-of-town customers. We have been coming here several times a year for years, but for some time now we have found our visit to be a nuisance to the staff. It's a shame, but there are also nice other options here in Venzone!
