Great restaurant in former 18th Century mansion, caters for diners in the courtyard but also has a rear terrace which overlooks the bay.

Superb food. Highlights are: Seafood soup (zuppa di pesce) which is almost like fish stew served with delicious fried bread, beccafico (sardines stuffed with breadcrumbs, pine nuts and served with orange), Linguine with sea urchins (ricci di mare), local pasta busiate with the Sicilian traditional ingredients of sardines, fennel, raisins, pine nuts and breadcrumbs, linguine with red mullet (troglie) and fennel. Great wine - try the Grillo. And don't forget a super strong caffe to finish up with!

En wat doe je als er een enorm onweer losbarst bij aankomst. Dan beland je in een klein fijn dorpje, kruip je onder een zonnescherm op pleintje en wordt gewoon bediend en hebt een fantastische middag. Dat deden we uiteraard nog een keertje over, maar ditmaal geen hapjes met wijn maar uitgebreide lunch aan de achterzijde met prachtig uitzicht. Bieden waren een groot succes.

Our dinner on the terrace was perfect. We were lucky enough to have the table at the very end of the terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay. The service is perfect, the food very good: the fish is fresh, the pasta delicious and the desserts simple and good. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, with very pleasant jazz music. The overall atmosphere is calming. The perfect atmosphere for a great dinner. Well done !

Very busy restaurant, so plan to wait. The waiter notes the name and number of people, you are then called twice. If you don't come, the place is given to the next person. The two of us were there around 8 p.m. and had to wait about 15 minutes. The waiters and waitresses are very on the ball. The food excellent, as recommended by our friends. The restaurant is in a courtyard with many others, very nice atmosphere.

The restaurant is located in a very lively square.
Excellent quality food: the tuna melted in your mouth.
The service was impeccable, the waiters were fast, kind and very helpful.
