Bar Mosaico In Ravenna

Almost right in front of the Basilica of San Vitale in Ravenna. We had a quick lunch there because we were on our way back. Great place, well-stocked with excellent home-made Romagnola cuisine with a great variety of piadinas, but also a great variety of delicious pizzas. Great variety also at the counter whose sight tickles the palate. Excellent quality/price ratio. The place, precisely because of its location, is also very popular with tourists, but it is a place that maintains the authenticity of the cuisine and the traditional approach to the customer. Fast, kind and competent staff; the waitresses were also very kind to our dog to whom they immediately brought a drink. I publish 2 photos including one of the receipt that I don't understand why it has a different heading than the name of the restaurant.

04/22/25 It is a very convenient place if you visit San Vitale and Galla Placidia during lunchtime. The piadinas are good both salty and sweet. You can eat outside. Normal prices, not excessive for a highly touristic place.

Small but welcoming environment like the owner who tells you the story of his family. Piadinas with two types of flour (whole wheat) that you can build as you want as well as other typical Romagna dishes such as fried gnocco. Fair prices considering the location, the only small flaw, the services (only 2 for both) and dated.

The kindness and helpfulness made me feel at home. Very attentive to food intolerances. Excellent quality of ingredients. Perfect coffee too. I ate outside and it was great.

Perfect quick lunch after touring Ravenna. We each had a beer and a piadinera. The server was friendly, the food was delicious, and people watching was worth it!

New Year's Eve in Ravenna with lunch in this piadineria. As soon as you enter you will be greeted by the owner, a nice gentleman ready to advise you and tempt you with his piadinas, all really excellent. The place is not very big, but I appreciated the desire to accommodate us as best as possible even and despite the presence of our husky (who is not exactly small...) Thank you so much for the welcome and courtesy. We enjoyed excellent food and breathed in an atmosphere that smells of family.
