New management on October 1st. Cleaned up. Anna always smiles, kind and friendly Cleans and arranges the place properly. Fresh brioche toast sandwiches. Lavazza coffee. Excellent for lunch break and breakfast. Coffee break. Excellent location outside the A4 exit Santhia. Ample parking. Large outdoor area. Slots and toilets clean and working. New AIR. Must try.

If you want to eat fantastic sushi, Anna is a guarantee. Not to mention the kindness, courtesy and cleanliness. Personally, I'm happy that she's not at you can it because it would be to the detriment of the excellent quality of the products that she offers instead.

Fly Over Bridge

11/05/2025: It's been several years since I've been to the Fly, I must say that the atmosphere has remained that of the classic pub which is always nice to find warm and welcoming. Good choice of beers and food. We went for the classic burgers which weren't bad at all (the Calabrian one was really, really spicy). A few more smiles wouldn't be bad but we found the clerk to be a pleasant environment. We'll be back.
09/05/2025: All really very good! It's a shame about the 2 hour wait, even though there were only two tables when we arrived... however the service wasn't very friendly either... maybe... but the food and the atmosphere were much appreciated!
