08/11/2025: We went to Massimo Hosteria Cacio e Pepe two nights in a row. What can I say? Excellent food, typical Roman dishes, very friendly and competent staff, and a superb chef... Saturday evening we also enjoyed live music. Massimo was a great guy, a down-to-earth person and a true host.
