Bar Millibar In Gorizia

02/01/2026: The restaurant is beautiful, and the food was truly excellent. All the dishes were well-prepared, and the rest of the staff was kind, helpful, and very friendly: they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Unfortunately, however, our experience was ruined by the attitude of one waiter (who today was dressed in red, bald, and wearing glasses), who was extremely rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful toward us. His behavior was the complete opposite of that of his colleagues, who were otherwise professional and friendly. It's a real shame, because the place deserves it, but such a negative attitude from just one person can significantly impact the overall experience. I hope the management takes this into account, because the restaurant truly has great potential.

02/01/2026: Truly excellent pizza, well-leavened and well-cooked, very easy to digest. Fair prices. They've adopted a very efficient and distinctive service method: no plates; pizzas are served on parchment paper in aluminum pans and arrive pre-sliced. Cutlery, glasses, and any dessert plates are plastic or compostable.
