I've been going to this pastry shop for three months. The cream bomboloni are amazing. It's a regular stop for a quiet moment with a delicious bombolone. The red pizza and spianata are also delicious. The girls serving are all very nice, friendly, and humble, and that means a lot to me. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. Thank you for your quality service.

The staff here are all very kind, helpful and smile. They really make all the difference. A pleasure to visit here for breakfast pastries which are lovely. The sandwiches are great. The pastries are truly excellent: the ciambella, the bomboloni... but the problem with this place is the disorganization. There are many, but they are slow and, indeed, disorganized. The owner was describing the pastries in the display case because I needed to buy quite a lot, and suddenly she abandoned me to do something else, leaving me standing there for over a quarter of an hour waiting. Yesterday, there were two people at the register, and despite that, they couldn't clear the line, even getting mixed up with the rest. Tables are full, waiting to order, and even more waiting to eat. Regulars sitting next to us say it's always like this. I'm sorry, I'm not arguing with the quality of the food or the hot drinks. But I found gross incompetence. I hope they improve and pay more attention to the customer.

A fairly good piadina, generous for the price and high-quality in terms of flavor. Bonus points for being able to create your own as you wish. Relatively good coffee, too. However, the desserts are relatively expensive, considering the quantity/price ratio. Good overall. But relatively expensive, for some products!

I ordered some croissants for breakfast at 7:00 a.m. The service was good, and the place was pleasant. The croissants were takeout and the packaging wasn't expertly done. The croissants weren't particularly good, perhaps from the day before. The bomboloni, however, were very good and fresh. The cream was a bit too vanilla-y, but that's just the way it is.
