We're already customers, but recently we celebrated my father's 70th birthday. They were so kind in explaining the various menus to me, and they were always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. Roberto and his wife are friendly, smiling people and hard workers, like everyone else who works there. A restaurant with a two-course menu for €12. Frankly, it's difficult to expect more, especially in this area. In my opinion, a little more quality for a few euros more wouldn't be impossible. In any case, the quality/price ratio is satisfactory.

While the food quality was generally satisfactory, my experience at this restaurant was profoundly negative due to disorganized customer service and, most importantly, a seriously offensive incident that occurred at checkout. From the moment I entered, the welcome was cold and unprofessional: the dining room staff appeared distracted, rude, and unwilling to handle customer requests with care and respect. Wait times were excessively long, even for simple orders, and the responses I received were often annoyed, if not downright rude. However, what made this experience truly unacceptable was the cashier's behavior when I received the bill. Completely gratuitously and without any context, she made an extremely offensive comment toward me, stating—in a sarcastic and contemptuous tone—that "you have cancer anyway," as if it were a joke or an acceptable remark. This was a very serious remark, which touched on a personal and sensitive topic with a lightheartedness and vulgarity that was absolutely intolerable. To make matters worse, the same person then continued with sexist remarks, demonstrating a total lack of professionalism, human respect, and sensitivity. I report this incident with deep sadness, but also with a sense of responsibility: no customer should ever have to face such humiliation in a public place. The food, while decent, is absolutely not enough to compensate for a service tainted by rudeness and a lack of empathy. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone who values ​​dignity and respect in the relationship between customer and staff.

A regular spot for a business lunch, with a family atmosphere and welcoming staff. The pizza is excellent.
