I was surprised when I read some reviews about the welcome, but for us, it was perfectly adequate. The breakfast was also simple but adequate: a great way to start the day without any hassle.

Really nice cappuccino, tasty barley (orzo) coffee, fun to sit outside and enjoy the square/plaza. Very, very nice lady working at the store who helped us and also explained some about Italian espresso/coffee culture!
