An evening that goes beyond the food. Mr. Paolo, director of Ostrica Ubriaca, is one of those rare people who know how to turn a dinner into an experience. He also offered us a delicious lemon sorbet and, when he discovered I'm a goldsmith, he opened up and said his father is one too. Then he gave me a handmade rose made from a simple napkin, created on the spot. Small gestures, great soul. Thank you Paolo, we'll definitely be back. 🌹✨
