I've been a satisfied customer for several years. Now, for three days, I haven't been able to log in to the site or speak to someone to resolve the issue. It's impossible to reorder: as soon as I try to log in, I'm asked to enter my registration information (which the company has had for years). I do so, and the process gets stuck and won't let me do anything. ABSURD.
