Great ice cream bar .. the ice cream was really good and finally plentiful !!! I took two flavours and had a full cup !! Then a corrected sambuca .. seats inside and outside all air conditioned .. they accept cards lots of parking spaces .. total 4.50

I didn't expect great ice cream here. The espresso was the best I've had in a long time. All I can say about the staff is that they were very nice and helpful despite the language barrier (there was also water for the dog).

Caffe dei Cavalieri

03/11/2025: The breakfast dishes are fresh, filling and delicious... The coffee needs some work.
27/10/2025: While in Pisa we were looking for a coffee and small breakfast and stumbled upon this cafe. Staff was friendly and the food delicious. The coffee didn’t seem any more special than anywhere else in Italy. Generally it’s hard to find a bad coffee anywhere in Italy, so the “specialty coffee” slogan seemed a bit misplaced. From what we were told they just use Brazilian arabica coffee, which is pretty normal and not what I’d expect from a cafe advertising specialty coffee.
