Just returned from a week-long stay at this hotel. I thank the hotel for a wonderful holiday. But I want to highlight two things that really pleased us. The food was superb, but above all the table service, and especially the waiters Pietro Maria and Rush. These three truly exceptional, polite, professional, and very friendly men were a pleasure to meet. Then there were the entertainment staff, all very good, but especially Giuseppe, a very nice guy and a real powerhouse with whom it was impossible to get bored. Welcoming facility, friendly and helpful staff.
Golden sandy beach surrounded by lush greenery and Mediterranean scents.
As for the cuisine, special praise goes to Carmine, Manuel, and Danilo...more than excellent!!!

We booked a family vacation at this hotel for a week. We paid €15 per person for breakfast per day. The hotel has many rooms divided into several areas. They take great care in maintaining cleanliness, so the maids came every day to clean the rooms and change sheets and towels. Upon arrival, we were told that the rooms would ONLY be available by 4:00 AM and that the pool would open at 3:00 AM. Breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, with a wide variety of food, including sweet and savory fruit, and a bar area. Dinner is also very good for €30 per person: fried foods, pastries, seafood pasta, and many other delicious dishes, all excellent. In addition to the sea just a few meters from the hotel, there is a swimming pool, two fields—a soccer field, a tennis court, and a ping pong table. There are also highly trained entertainers available to look after your children. The spaces are very comfortable, but parking is still charged at €10 per day, which is definitely not worth it. I'd say it's a suitable hotel for families with children but also for couples.

Nice staff, except that upon arrival they didn't give me a bracelet for breakfast, and the next day I had to go get it. Do you think I'd enter a hotel for breakfast without having stayed overnight?

Contrary to other reviews, I found this hotel to be good. The food is excellent, the staff is helpful, the rooms are clean with daily linen change, and the entertainment is good. The location is perfect for the beach. The beach club is good. Parking is good, especially on an island with limited parking.

The hotel surroundings are very nice and the breakfast is very good. The pool is nice and big (although there is very little shallow area, almost all of it is over 2m deep).
The staff does not speak English and it is difficult to communicate. The rooms are two categories below 4 stars and were very superficially cleaned upon check-in. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. The lifeguard around the pool is very strict and does not allow any entertainment (if you plan to play with children). Also if you plan to sleep early, the hotel animators and music are very noisy every evening until late at night (well after 11pm) and the window has to be closed (which is a problem because the air conditioning does not work). It is not possible to plug in a laptop charger inside the room or inside the hotel and you need to find an adapter, which is problematic because no one speaks English.
Also, do not pay for parking at the hotel (10eur per day) because there is a public parking lot across the street that has plenty of free space in the afternoon.
PS you will have to wear an irritating festival-like yellow bracelet the whole time, which you will most likely scratch a loved one with.

We spent seven days at this four-star hotel, and in many ways, it was a pleasant experience. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and well-organized. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The restaurant is one of its true strengths: we ate very well every day, with varied, well-presented, and high-quality dishes. The other amenities (pool, bar, common areas) were also up to par and contributed to a relaxing stay.
However, we cannot ignore two issues that negatively impacted our experience.
First, we had to shower with cold water for all seven days. Despite repeated complaints, the problem was never resolved.
Second, we were placed in a building within the complex, on the second floor without an elevator, and without being informed in advance. Arriving with luggage and having to carry it upstairs wasn't exactly ideal, especially after a long journey.
It's a shame, because with a little more attention to these aspects, it would have been a truly perfect stay.

Nice hotel. The room was standard in design, while the bathroom was very nice with a large shower. We only booked breakfast because we like to explore restaurants, but I can tell you that the breakfast was truly exceptional. We also booked parking because there isn't much free parking. The staff was polite. We booked an umbrella and two lounge chairs, which were very useful. However, for those who prefer a free beach, there are
three or four of them. The sea, located at Lacona Beach, is clean and very close to the hotel; we just crossed the road and walked about 200 meters.

Stayed for a week with my family. My three-year-old daughter and three-month-old baby girl were there. The food was very good, the location and cleanliness were good, and the staff were friendly! The entertainment was 5-star. Thank you, Uappala Hotel Club Lacona.
