Very good food, friendly staff and well prepared

Today I had lunch at this restaurant with a group of friends. I agreed on the menu with Michael who treated us very well. The location is very nice and the mise en place is very well looked after. The appetizers were excellent, the fried foods were delicious, especially the chips which reminded me of the goodness of times gone by. The Cicerchia di Serra dei Conti soup and the polenta with mushrooms were delicious. The first one we chose was the little chitarrine with pink apple from the Sibillini Mountains and sausage, which struck us with its original goodness. The braised veal with Merlot was superb. We finished with delicious desserts, in particular the pistachio semifreddo which allowed us to end our lunch on a high note. All the food was plentiful. The careful and attentive service for which we particularly thank Manuel and Federica who were very kind and helpful. Also very kind were Michael who cooked the dishes with taste and skill and his father Cristiano who gave us a lot of attention and made us taste some excellent cordials. Excellent quality/price ratio. What more can I say.... We thank all the staff of this delightful restaurant again and hope to continue like this. Highly recommended to everyone!
