Bar GARDEN (Kilaka was its old name), open 24 hours a day for about a year, has a large, pleasant outdoor area with plenty of tables and plenty of space for children to play—keep them under control!—or bring a dog, who can lie down and enjoy a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. At night, it's quiet because it's located directly beneath a beautiful residential building. Just be patient and bear the rudeness of some loud and foul-mouthed customers. Overall, a decent but very convenient place, especially for a summer evening in an area that's otherwise deserted at night!
