We regularly visit this location because we charge our electric car at the Tesla Supercharger. This was our first time staying overnight! The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was good! The breakfast was terrible!

A very convenient location for breaking up a long journey, right next to the Arezzo exit on the A1. Spacious room for two adults and a child. On-site restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning.

Great of you need to stop by, close to the motorway. The rooms are basic, but you have everything you need.

Perfect location for a quick stop. Great because it's close to the highway. It's a shame the restaurant doesn't have enough seating, but we found a place right behind it. Breakfast was good. The rooms need updating as there was mold. Not enough parking.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. Despite a few negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. I'll start by saying that I had booked through Booking.com for the night of January 3rd to 4th, but due to an unexpected event, I had to move up the reservation by a day. So, I called the hotel directly that morning to check availability and was immediately told (Federico was kind, helpful, and very professional) that they could change my reservation at no additional cost. The only problem, given the short notice, was the unavailability of an extra crib. However, they resolved this issue by offering me a very large double bed. Once we arrived, the staff who welcomed us were prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. I found a very spacious, clean, and welcoming room equipped with every comfort (very comfortable bed, well-soundproofed spaces), a pleasant temperature, a bathroom in excellent condition, and a shower with very hot water. We ordered dinner in the room, which arrived promptly and with two excellent dishes. Highly RECOMMENDED!

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve (the night between January 31st and January 1st) and, unfortunately, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations, especially regarding the organization and quality of service. Upon check-in, a problem immediately arose with the spa, which we had booked. We were told that the reservation was invalid because a time was missing; however, the website neither required nor allowed us to enter one. After double-checking and showing the front desk that the spa was indeed booked, the response was that, since it was only for one night, they had simply "thought" we didn't intend to use it. This was an unprofessional excuse, which gave the impression of sloppy service management. The room was overall quite clean, but there was one decidedly negative detail: the sofa, which was in terrible condition, completely ruined and peeling, unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, the water in the shower wasn't really hot, only lukewarm, making it unpleasant to use, especially in the dead of winter. On a positive note, the New Year's Eve dinner was decidedly satisfying: well-prepared dishes and quality products, probably the highlight of the entire stay.

Hotel near the highway, close to the center of Arezzo, very modern style rooms, 3-person bed, nice bathrooms, sanitary ware a little uncomfortable, very small TV and you can't see it, at the reception they said they have reception problems (maybe they should be fixed), breakfast more than adequate.

4-star hotel 10 km from Arezzo. Everyone was very friendly. So much so, that they immediately changed our room due to a gurgling sink drain. Clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel I stayed two days with my family. We had a great time.
