Review: Disappointing Suite in a 4-Star Hotel I stayed one night on February 15th in a suite booked for two people. The room was large and clean, a definite plus. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain for the whirlpool tub: showering meant splashes of water everywhere, making everything uncomfortable and wet. There were no brochures in the room with useful information, such as the number to call reception, room amenities, or the Wi-Fi password—I had to make do. In the bathroom, there was only one toothbrush and three bars of soap for two guests, nothing else for the staff. There were no outlets near the bed to charge your phone, a bothersome absence. I wouldn't recommend this as a 4-star hotel: it lacks attention to basic details. Rating 5/10.

We stayed one night at this hotel and found the staff to be very attentive and friendly! Special thanks to the restaurant manager Max and his staff, who were always available to help us. Valentine's Day was truly memorable, and the food was delicious! The rooms are very large, spacious, and clean. The spa area is small but very comfortable.

Slept one night 🌃. Location right next to the motorway exit, lots of parking for cars, even for large vans, selection, breakfast and dinner.

This isn't meant to be a negative review, but rather an encouragement to improve a property that deserves much.
I just stayed here. The staff were competent and friendly, and the breakfast was well-stocked, with both sweet and savory options.
Now, let's get to what I didn't like. I had requested a triple room, specifying in two emails that I would like three beds (a double and a single) because I was traveling with my parents. Since we were three adults, two of whom had back problems, I didn't want to sleep on the sofa bed or chair bed, and I also specified this upon arrival. Upon entering the room, I found a sofa bed that turned out to be very uncomfortable.
Cleanliness: the property is huge, and I realize it's difficult to keep it spotless... but a four-star hotel can't have that kind of dirt in the hallways, on the walls, and even the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned.
I reiterate that the location is worth it, the staff is friendly, but something needs to be done to improve some aspects.

A structure that's neither good nor bad.
The hotel features modern and futuristic furnishings, distinctive and different from the norm, which are overall pleasing and give the property a distinct identity.
The rooms are functional and the common areas are well-organized, although not particularly impressive.
One aspect that could be improved is cleanliness, which is adequate but not impeccable, especially considering the level and expectations the hotel aims to convey.
Overall, it's a suitable solution for a short stay or transit, with room for improvement, especially in terms of attention to detail.

A very convenient location for breaking up a long journey, right next to the Arezzo exit on the A1. Spacious room for two adults and a child. On-site restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning.

This was our first time staying overnight!
