Nice comfortable hotel next to highway.Safe and clean

Modern hotel, very well soundproofed rooms. They've lowered the standard a bit compared to two years ago, but it's still an excellent solution. It was a bit chilly for us; with the heating off on October 26th, we were right at the limit... but they did provide us with an electric heater.

Italian accommodations: Do not pull on the shower head cord! Use it in emergencies! Bring a hair dryer. The blankets are also... thin.

The hotel is located a 10-minute drive from the Arezzo Fair Congress. I stayed there following a training course held at the aforementioned fair, which was not chosen or financed by me. The hotel appears clean, organized, and well-stocked. Alas, however, appearances can be deceiving... the double room lacked heating and a courtesy kit (only towels), and the wastebasket was not emptied. We politely asked for blankets, given the temperatures that evening, and were told they couldn't provide them for all guests... basically, everything you wouldn't expect from a 4-star hotel. Furthermore, the reception staff was not very friendly. However, the room was huge and the bathroom modern (pictured). It was more than enough for one night! The breakfast room and buffet were excellent, ranging from savory to sweet: croissants, cakes, creams, milk and coffee, juices, eggs, bread, mini pizzas, cured meats, etc.

Clean and welcoming rooms, but that's the only positive thing. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were greeted rather rudely... We also arrived very late at night, and we didn't feel like watching TV, but otherwise, the TV wasn't working.

I'm writing this review, specifying that the place is very nice and the older staff are very kind and professional, but the staff, especially the younger ones, lack the ability to interact with customers, and the rooms are sometimes poorly managed. Overall, it's a nice place with great potential, but if you're unlucky enough not to find an owner or experienced staff, you risk losing all of its quality. I hope to come back and revise my negative rating.

Everything is great except the small TV

The Hotel Point Arezzo Park is located at the motorway exit, close to the petrol station, there is also a restaurant nearby, and it has a beautiful swimming pool with an outside bar to cool off after a long drive and relax, and a breakfast buffet for breakfast.

Clean, well-maintained facility. We had a drink at the bar during the loading break.
