Highly recommended place, I managed to go there just before they closed for the winter. Therefore, a wide choice of fillings for the piadinas which are prepared to perfection. Very good dough, I took a classic piadina Parma ham, Squacquerone and rocket, with well-mixed filling, which doesn't always happen in other piadina shops.
Possibility to also choose two other types of dough, oil or wholemeal. When they reopen, I think in spring, pop in because it's really worth it!

Let's start with the basics: GO THERE. NOW!
We went for a piadina for dinner, and found a masterpiece!
The concept of "stuffing" has nothing conceptual here, but it is very real.
You know when you make piadina at home and you say "now I'll fill it like Santa's sack" because you don't give a damn about making money since you've already paid for the ingredients? Here you are. Moreover. Plus they're good too!
The service, even though there were quite a few people, was very fast. And the staff is delicious, even without seasoning. Nice and kind.
In short, come on vamonos!

I was passing through after the TTG fair and I must say that it was a nice surprise, a peaceful place to eat an excellent piadina. I tasted the Alpina and it was really delicious 😋

Siamo venuti in questo “baretto” apposta dietro consiglio e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Obbligatorio prenotare altrimenti si deve aspettare il primo tavolo libero o scegliere da asporto.
Essendo arrivati presto, ci siamo seduti subito anche senza prenotazione. Il servizio è stato veloce e in poco tempo sono arrivate le mozzarelline fritte e due buonissime piadine (Gourmet e Puccettona).. praticamente ci ho messo di più a decidere vista l’ampia scelta nel menu! Per concludere, piadina golosissima con cocco e nutella.
Il conto con acqua, una birra piccola e coperto (che a quanto pare costa diversamente a pranzo e cena) è stato di 42€, non proprio economico secondo me.
