Probably the best piada in Rimini, very filling and with excellent dough. This is reflected in the price, which is high for a piada. The restaurant is located in a more suburban area, with seating. Service is a bit slow.

Simply the best piadina I've ever had, and I must say I've tried many in Romagna. The classic one with prosciutto crudo, arugula, and squacquerone cheese is the pinnacle of authentic flavor you'd expect from a dish of this kind. The staff is friendly, and you'll be welcomed into a vintage setting, a covered kiosk that provides shade even on the hottest days. All the other options on the menu are also worth trying. Highly recommended.

In rankings of locals' favorite piadina shops, Ilde's always ranks among the best. After tasting it, I can confirm it fully deserves its reputation: it's officially in my top 3 in all of Romagna (and I've tried so many). The kiosk is located just outside Rimini, in the hills, a few kilometers from the city: an easily accessible location and perfect for a tasty break away from the chaos. The piadina is simply exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. A mix of authentic flavors that captivates you from the first bite and makes you wish it would never end. Truly out of this world. The only downside: it's closed for the winter. I'll be in the area soon, but I'll have to wait until next summer to return... and I can't wait.

A special mention goes to the piadina. It's a thicker version of what's billed as Rimini-style. I asked why it's thicker and was told it's an original recipe from the rural areas of Rimini. The dough is good, which gives meaning to the filling. The filling is excellent. Excellent ingredients. Parma ham, aged for 24 months. You can tell it's sweeter than the usual entry-level hams. The service is worthy of a good restaurant. They opened my wine as it should be opened, correctly removing the first part of the cap, correctly opening without shaking and turning the bottle. The cooler to keep the white wine cool was correct. The serving temperature was just right. The selection of craft beers was also excellent. In short, excellent quality. The best for a piadina shop. The area is beautiful; Covignano is the area of Rimini's wealthy residents, and there's a reason for that.

I would have given it 10 stars, but reviews are limited 😂 A casual place in a very quaint location. Beautiful. Fabulous piadinas, beautifully filled, super plump 😂😂 I couldn't order the sweet piadina with figs; I was too full. The service was fast and the staff were friendly 🤗 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. It'll be a stop I'll make again on my next trip ❤️

Wide selection of piadinas and other traditional dishes. Everything was very good. Excellent quality ingredients. Different types of dough. Very generous portions. Very friendly staff.

The piadinas are incredibly good and well-filled, the staff is always smiling and kind, the service is very fast and precise, the atmosphere is not anything special but very welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends!!
