17/02/2026: We booked a table for two for Valentine's Day. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full, and it was clear that the table layout wasn't the usual one: many more seats had been added than usual, and the space between tables was so small that even the waiters struggled to get through to serve our dishes.
We ordered appetizers, which arrived rather slowly. Specifically, we had requested bruschetta with sausage and chicory, but it only came with the sausage (as you can see from the photos on the receipt). Furthermore, the fried cheese we ordered took a long time to arrive... without the cheese inside. Only later, without us asking again, was the correct one brought back to us.
As for the main courses, the wait was truly excessive: about two hours passed before they arrived at our table. The service seemed very slow and disorganized, not only for us but also for other nearby tables. For example, at the next table, three people had already finished eating while one was still waiting for their dish.
Throughout the evening, the staff apologized repeatedly for the large number of guests (about 70-80), continually reassuring us that the dishes would arrive. There were also two new waiters, a bit awkward but still kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes didn't live up to expectations, perhaps also due to the particularly busy evening. In particular, the tagliata ordered was very tough and served whole, without actually being sliced. Considering the overall quality, the price paid seemed rather high.
We don't rule out returning in the future, but definitely on a weekday, hoping for more organized service and an overall better experience.
16/02/2026: The coratella, beans with pork rinds as an appetizer were very good, the lamb was good, the arrosticini were excellent, but spending 2 hours eating an appetizer and a main course with a side dish in a chaotic restaurant is exhausting.
