28/12/2025: Maguro has officially become my go-to sushi spot. The quality of the fish is top-notch, you can tell it's incredibly fresh, and there's none of the usual over-the-top rice you often find elsewhere. The menu is varied and creative: in addition to the classics, there are some truly unique and tasty signature rolls. The service deserves a special mention: the staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and always smiling, even though the place was packed. The atmosphere is elegant and modern. The value for money is unbeatable. I'll definitely be back!

26/12/2025: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of acquaintances. I'll start by saying that I've been frequenting Japanese restaurants throughout Northern Italy for over 20 years, both all-you-can-eat and à la carte. I can say without hesitation that I've never tasted such excellent tempura: incredibly light, dry, crispy, and not at all greasy. The sushi is also top-notch: impeccable uramaki, balanced, and meticulously prepared. The flambéed nigiri are also excellent, truly delicious, with warm rice cooked al dente, a sign of great technical attention. The ingredients are excellent, and the fish is clearly fresh. A special mention goes to the shrimp ravioli, simply extraordinary: among the best I've ever tasted. The fried chicken tacos and salmon bao are also excellent, well-filled and tasty. The staff are friendly and professional, and the prices are fair for the quality. A truly worthy restaurant that I recommend without hesitation.
